Proposed Disney America Theme Park Site - Watershed Plan, Floodplain Analysis & Conceptual Storm Water |
Prince William County, VA - Responsible for preparation of the overall watershed plan, floodplain study, and the conceptual storm water management plan for the 3,000-acre Disney America Theme Park Site. The floodplain study involved utilizing ARC/INFO Geographical Information Systems for determination of hydrologic factors and BOSS HEC-2 for the hydraulic analysis in order to provide digital information to Prince William County for the 15 miles of stream studied.

The project encompasses approximately 49 acres in northern Mecklenburg County and will include 27 apartment buildings with a total of 366 units and 14 single-family lots.
